Third try at changing ‘lethal’ Penryn road that has led to 'nonsense on Facebook'

Well, it seems we're having another go at sorting out that tricky stretch of road in Penryn! The council is looking at changes again, and it's sparked quite a bit of chat online. Let's hope this time it makes a real difference for everyone using it.
